The coffee in the capsule is kept fresh for at least a year after production. If it offers resistance, the capsule can still be used. Production and best before date can be found on every sleeve.
The warranty period of machine is 1 year with the proof of purchase.
During the warranty period, we offers warranty package for the the machines that are covered with valid warranty.
For machines that are out of/not covered with warranty you will be presented with a quote based on which you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the repair.
